Below are the stages that involved in  a website development process:

1. Sales Meeting
- Our in charge person will conduct a discussion session with you during the initial stage. This is to identify the purpose of building the website. During this stage, brainstoming and throwing ideas will be done. At the end of the session, Data and requirement will be collected.

2. House Meeting
- After the meeting, our in charge person will discuss the case with our team. A team that consist of a Graphic Designer, Content Editor, and a Web Programmer if neccessary. Then a job scope will be out at the end of the meeting.

3. Sales Quote
- Normally most of the corporate website project are into fixed package pricing, so pricing can be done on the spot during the Sales meeting. Unless there are some customization involved. Our Sales representative will fax or send the quote in hand to you.

4. Second Meeting
- During the second meeting, we will brief our ideas, objectives and how we develop the website, after the confirmation by you. we will start the web project.

5. Data Collection
- We will collect as many data and material from you from time to time. Communication are quite heavy via phone & emails. Additional visits will be required. Appointment will be conducted.

6. Artwork Mockup
- Our Graphic Designer will start to come out with the mockup base on what is told by our sales representative. Basically our sales representatives are well trained in multi job scopes. Then they will present the output to you. if you are not satisfied with the given mockup, we will repeat the process until we can get into next stage or we will refund back the money to you in full amount. That is our policy. The duration of the first mockup is 5 working days, subsequent will be 3 working days.

7. Content Editorial
- Content Editorial means arranging data and make it into web page. This process can be done simultaneously with the artwork mockup stage. This is possible because we have an inhouse CMS that allow us to do so. Once the Mockup has been approved by you, we will merge the Graphic Artwork in to the web page, together with the content. You may be able to monitor the progress daily.

8. Repeating Process
- You may have insufficient information from time to time, but do not worry, because website need to be maintained for long run. You can feed as many information as you be able to dig it out to us, And we will update your content. This process is repeated until the website is completed.
