1. Many Graphics Designers used to call themselves "Web Designer". But the fact, they only know a little in web technology, and cover themselves up by providing a good graphic to the customer. This is not good because building web requires more than one expertise, programming codes are always needed even just buiding a few pages of it.

2. Most Freelancers charged you cheap, and it comes with a cheap service & responsibility too. They will disappear and scare to face any bad situation when problem comes.

3. Beware of Designers who charge you according by pages, They are mostly weak in programming. Because they do not know how to manipulate pages with programming code. So they need to do it manually. That is why  they "Charge By Pages".

4.Most of the cheap template package offered often violates the image copyright issues, even the providers didn't notice out.

5. Designers who helps you to find suitable articles for your website is a part of the of the value added services but  not a part of the compulsory task. Because Designers - Design, Content Editor - Think and Arrange, but not write. anyhow, It can be a favor from them.

6. Don't just keep thinking how cheap price you can get for a website, please think of why do you need a website.

7. Ask the designer to show you how a website can help you, and if they can't satisfy your question, forget about them. Because you deserved an artist, hard labor is everywhere in the street.

8. Stop talking to those provider to keep asking you to prepare information and sort it into pages and give it to them. They should sort it out for you and tell you what information to put on which page.
